 Core & Flow Zen combines moves inspired by Tai Chi and Yoga with the ultimate goal to release stress from your body with deep stretch & breathing techniques while clearing your mind at the same time in order to create the perfect flow, body & mind connection to find your ultimate moment of relaxation right before bedtime to prepare you for the deep sleep, so you can wake up fresh and energized.
