Body Shape - The combination of cardio and strength training with the main goal to tone your body! The perfect class for everyone who wants to lose weight, tone, and to build strength. Strength Training - Workout dedicated to build overall strengths and grow your muscles using weights and muscle-mind connection technic to give your body that perfect shape! Strong is new sexy. The class is 60 minutes long. Select the date and time that suits your schedule! Location to be determined based on agreement.
