2x garlic gloves
300 g baby shrimp
100 ml white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
25 g butter
fresh lemon juice
Preheat a deep non-stick pan over a high heat, add olive oil, 1 chopped garlic clove and cook for a few seconds.
Add baby shrimps to the pan and cook for a few minutes until shrimp warm up.
Add white wine to the pan and let the shrimp cook until soft about 3 minutes.
Stir in some zoodles, butter, one cracked garlic clove, season with salt, pepper, and taste with some basil and coriander.
Mix well and cook for another couple minutes until zoodles are soft.
Take off the heat and taste with some fresh lemon juice.
