They never miss on my grocery list and I include them in my diet on daily basis. Peppers come out in a variety of colours and shapes, can be eaten raw, grilled, roasted, Simply such a versatile and yummy vegetable.
My favourite kind is bell peppers due to their natural sweetness and crunch. Usually, they can be found in green, yellow, orange or red colour, which is the most nutritious. The red bell pepper contains 200% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C, it's packed with Vitamin B6, Vitamin A and antioxidants, however the biggest part of bell peppers is the water.
I love to use them fresh cut to various shapes with my hard-boiled eggs as a snack, or as a part of various salads. However they flavour completely transform once you grill or roast them, so you should give it a try too!
Peppers can be found also in powdered form (paprika), which taste amazing if sprinkled over your scrambled eggs.
Another very famous type of pepper is chilli peppers used to spice things up. They are recommended to include in your healthy diet due to their fat loss benefits, blood pressure reducing and natural painkiller abilities.
Lastly, I will only mention that I sprinkle black or white pepper over everything I cook, which has benefits for the digestive system, your skin and so much more.
Do I have to write even more?
