Veggie Asian Noodles

Eating asian cuisine may be really beneficial for you, as it can support weight loss, disease prevention and optimal health.

In general Asians tend to have lower rates of cancer, heart disease and obesity, and they typically live longer too, as the cuisine is based mostly on rice, vegetables, fresh fruit and fish, with very little red meat.


To create my asian dish I have reached for rice noodles, as they are ready in just 2 minutes, they are gluten-free and deliver nutrients in the form of fiber, zinc and iron.


To taste it up I have used to garlic, chilly and ginger which fight infections, support weight loss and reduce inflammation in our bodies, so do not skip these heroes in your diet!

Ingredients:


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 glove of garlic

  • 1/3 chilly pepper

  • 1 small piece of ginger

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup baby carrots

  • 1 cup sugar pears

  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 1 pack of rice noodles

  • Soya sauce

  • Fish Sauce
