I am definitely a tea club on daily basis, but occasionally I like to reach out for the warm cup of Bulletproof Coffee, and here are some reasons why.
So what is it and how do you make it?
Bulletproof coffee is a good quality black (filtered) coffee infused with fat to give you a double energy kick.
I like to enjoy my cup with one spoon of coconut oil and sprinkled with cinnamon to reach really fall or winter vibe. Alternatively, you can use grass-fed butter and other spices like nutmeg, pumpkin, or allspice to taste. Ideally, you should blend it all up to create a sort of warm milkshake, but who has time for that? Simply use your spoon and you are ready to go!
The smell of the coffee and cinnamon with the gentle taste of the coconut will take you to Starbucks (or your favourite coffee place) during those cold, rainy, and dark days and bring the feeling of warmth and cosiness.
This type of coffee also called "Keto Coffee", can replace your breakfast and give you the energy you need to wake up and start up your day right away. It is a great option while fasting or on a keto diet as you can easily extend the fasting for a couple more hours providing you with many benefits ( not even saying your body becomes a fat-burning machine). The healthy fatty acids found in this yummy blend are crucial for our brain function, but it also promotes weight loss, increases strength, and improve metabolism.
