The Energy Kick Balls

Do you lack some extra power before your workout, or simply looking for a quick energizing snack? Try these energy balls full of protein, antioxidants with the natural sweetness of dry fruits!



Ingredients:

  • 80 g dark chocolate (70%)

  • 100 g dry raisins

  • 30 g goji berries

  • 100 g nuts (almond, walnuts)

  • cocoa nibs



Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and set it aside to cool.

  2. Add dry raisins, goji berries and nuts into your blender and shred until it creates the thick paste.

  3. Transfer the paste into a medium bowl and start rolling the small size balls in your palms.

  4. Roll each ball in melted chocolate and after in cocoa nibs (only half of the ball to use the nibs as a stand for balls)

  5. Transfer to the backing paper and let chill in the fridge overnight.
