Honey - cinnamon mixture
Tip: Prepare on Sunday night 5 portions for a whole week and you have nothing to worry about!
To make one jar, layer 3 tablespoons of raspberries on the bottom.
Sprinkle with one teaspoon of flax seeds and a couple of pecans.
Add a half cup of gluten-free oats.
Taste with one teaspoon of honey cinnamon mixture for extra sweetness.
Store a jar overnight in a fridge and simply pour boiling water over your oatmeal in the morning, while you make your cup of tea, and you are ready to go!
