Protein Oats with Berries

There are so many benefits of nice warm oatmeal and that is why I like to enjoy mine almost daily, packed with some extra protein and lovely berries. This combination is just speechless!


Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 cup boiled water (or lukewarm if you wish your oatmeal cold)

  • 1 handful blueberries

  • 1 handful raspberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs

  • 1 tbsp coconut


Directions:


  1. Add oats with boiled water into a bowl, then mix in the protein powder and use a fork to stir well to prevent the crumbs.

  2. Lastly, add some raspberries into your oatmeal and stir once again.

  3. Top with a few slices of banana, a handful of blueberries, cocoa nibs and shredded coconut.
