Protein Choco-Coco Cups

Do you seek a quick protein snack on the go? No need to waste your money on pricey protein bars. Check out this super easy recipe for my Protein choco-coco cups.


(For 5 portions)

  • 50 g dark chocolate (70%)

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp cocoa nibs

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein (USN Blue Lab Whey)


  1. Melt the chocolate over medium heat in a water bath

  2. Add the remaining ingredients into chocolate and mix well

  3. Transfer one scoop of the mixture to a silicon cup and press down to assure all nicely stick together.

  4. Let cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
