Ingredients:
(For 5 portions)
50 g dark chocolate (70%)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 scoop chocolate protein (USN Blue Lab Whey)
Directions:
Melt the chocolate over medium heat in a water bath
Add the remaining ingredients into chocolate and mix well
Transfer one scoop of the mixture to a silicon cup and press down to assure all nicely stick together.
Let cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
