Outside is getting cooler that means the right time to get into some baking and warm up our life with some sweet goodies! What could be better than quick banana-Nutella bread enriched with some protein?

Ingredients:
(For 12 portions)
1 cup whole grain flour
1 cup oats
1 serving banana protein powder (optionally you can use vanilla or chocolate flavour)
1 baking powder
1 mashed banana
3 big scoops of Greek yoghurt
4 eggs
1 scoop Nutella
For top:
1 banana
Few drops of Nutella
Allspice
Directions:
Add all the dry ingredients into one large bowl and stir well (flour, oats, baking powder, protein powder).
In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients (mashed banana, eggs, yoghurt, Nutella) and mix well until evenly combined.
Add the wet mixture into a large bowl with dry ingredients and stir well, then transfer to a baking sheet (I have used 30x30) covered with baking paper and spread the pastry over.
Top with slices of banana and a few drops of Nutella for some extra sweetness and texture. Sprinkle with the allspice and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes on 180 Celsius.
Let to cool and enjoy for breakfast or for a quick snack.
TIP: You can always warm up a piece of banana bread in a microwave before serving and enjoy it with some melted butter or your favorite nut spread!
