What is better on the hot summer days than cold yoghurt with some fresh seasonal fruit? It's filling, nutritious and yummy, so what else are you missing?
1 cup Quark (greek yoghurt)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
handful of almonds
Chop peaches into smaller cubes and layer about two tbsp on the bottom of a jar.
In a separate bowl stir quark or yoghurt with honey and chia seeds, then transfer to a jar filled with peaches.
Let the almonds soak in lukewarm water until the skin goes off, then remove the skin and add about one handful of almonds to your jar.
Top with some additional slices of peaches, close the jar with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
