Need Some Meal Prep Inspiration? XI.

I am ready for the week, are you? Check out the budget-friendly meal prep I have prepared for the upcoming week and feel free to get inspired!

This is the meal prep for 2-4 days for 2 persons (man+woman) breakfast(4x), snack, lunch(2x) and dinner (2x).

Breakfast (woman)

"Real chocolate oatmeal in 2 minutes" (I have shared the recipe on my Instagram) but this time enriched with some peanut butter (add one cup of water before serving, pop in the microwave and you are good to go)

Breakfast (man)

Chicken ham and cheese omelet from 3 eggs served with cherry tomatoes and bacon

Snacks (woman)

Gluten free cereal biscuits + yogurt

Snacks (man)

Cottage cheese + Snelle Jelle (the dutch type of energy cake gingerbread taste like) + yogurt

Lunch

Wholegrain pasta with chicken, spinach, corn, cherry tomatoes and egg


Dinner

Pork steak with rice and grilled vegetables
