Need Some Meal Prep Inspiration? VIII.


The meal plan inspiration Sundays are back again full of the new budget-friendly recipes, quick and easy to prepare like usual, but most importantly nutritious!

This is the meal prep for 3 days for 2 persons (man+woman) breakfast, snack and lunch. My diners are always super quick to prepare, so I do not have always a need to prepare them in advance, we enjoy them freshly made in order to do not loose the quality.



Breakfast I. (woman)

Omelet from 2 eggs filled with spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkled with Italian herbal spice and Himalayan salt.


Breakfast II. (man)

Omelet from 2 eggs filled with 2 slices of chicken lean ham, salami, tomatoes, spinach and some corn, sprinkled with Italian herbal spice.


Snack

Protein banana Nutella bread + mandarin.


Lunch

Meat balls in Italian tomato sauce with kidney beans, corn and spinach.

Dinner (not on the picture)

Pork steak with side salad.
