Need Some Meal Prep Inspiration? VII.

The last week of my high fat diet is here! After couple of weeks of testing and trying I have mastered the nutrition and taste to perfection and this is the result.


Breakfast I.

Low-carb bread with cheese & grass fed butter

  • Homemade Keto bread

  • High fat cheese

  • Grass fed butter

  • Lettuce Romaine

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Bell pepper


Breakfast II.

Cream cheese omelet

  • Eggs

  • Cream cheese

  • Ham

  • High fat cheese

  • Bell pepper

  • Spices

In addition to these two breakfast options we will enjoy some crepes with whipped cream and blackberries by the end of the week.

 

Snack

Caramel protein cheesecake with blackberries

Pecans


 

Lunch

Sesame salmon bowl

  • Salmon fillet

  • Sesame seeds

  • Lettuce

  • Spinach

  • Radish

  • Avocado

For the rest of the week I have planned Caesar Chicken Salad and Beef Burger in a lettuce.

  • Zucchini creamy soup with bacon and cheese

  • Salmon steak with zucchini rucola salad

  • Broccoli creamy soup with bacon and cheese
