My high fat, low carb meal prep for the upcoming week is ready and chilling in the fridge. What about that yours? Have you prepared a meal plan so you have something to stick to?


Breakfast I.

Low-carb bread with cheese & guacamole

Snack

Caramel protein cheesecake


 

Lunch

Sesame salmon bowl

  • Salmon fillet

  • Sesame seeds

  • Lettuce

  • Spinach

  • Radish

  • Avocado

We will enjoy Salmon bowl on Monday, Tuesday and for the rest of the week I have planned Caesar Chicken Salad and Beef Burger in a lettuce.
