This is the meal prep for 2-4 days for 2 persons (man+woman) breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast I. (woman)

Mediterranean omelet from 2 eggs filled with spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella, sprinkled with Italian herbal spice and Himalayan salt.


Breakfast II. (man)

Omelet from 2 eggs filled with a slices of chicken lean ham, salami, and spinach served with cherry tomatoes.

Snack

White yogurt + gluten free biscuit (woman)

Greek yogurt with honey + Dutch waffle (man)


Lunch

Chicken corn couscous served with spinach


Dinner

Minced burger with grilled veggies (+ extra rice for man portion)
