Sunday is here and my meal preparation is done! This time slightly different macros, as we are changing our diet to less carbs more fat.

Chia pudding with blueberries, pecans & strawberry

Breakfast II.

Stuffed peppers with bacon & egg

  • Bell peppers

  • Eggs

  • Bacon

  • Celery leaves

  • Spring onions

  • Emmental cheese

  • Avocado

  • Cherry tomatoes


 

Snack

Keto chocolate cake with whipped cream and strawberries



 

Lunch

Cheese frittata with arugula salad

  • Eggs

  • Spinach

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Emmental cheese

  • Gorgonzola cheese

  • Hard cheese

  • Boiled eggs

  • Arugula

  • Cucumber

  • Avocado

  • Lemon zest

  • Pumpkin seeds

Dinner

As the food loose the quality when warming up, I like to serve my dinner fresh. They are all very quick and easy recipes not taking more than half an hour to prepare:

  • Beef steak with herbal butter and broccoli rice

  • White fish with zucchini on butter

  • Salads (cheese/smoked salmon)
