Sunday is no fun day for me but the right time to get some meal preparation done for the upcoming week. Today was no exception and here is how our week is going to look like so be free to get inspired.

Peach Quark Parfait with almonds
Quark (greek yogurt)
Steamed chicken slices/Cauliflower burgers with grilled vegetables & sweet potato
Steamed chicken breast / Cauliflower burgers
Protein bread with ham, hummus, egg & veggies
Lean chicken ham
BCAA's from USN UK
In addition to these meals, I cook quick warm dinner once we are home and this week it will be white fish with some rice and vegetables, zucchini noodles with tomato sauce or a quick salad.
