Need Some Meal Prep Inspiration?

Sunday is no fun day for me but the right time to get some meal preparation done for the upcoming week. Today was no exception and here is how our week is going to look like so be free to get inspired.


Breakfast

Oatmeal with Berries + banana (optional)

  • Oatmeal

  • Maca powder

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Coconut flakes

  • Agave nectar


 

Snack 1

Peach Quark Parfait with almonds

  • Peach

  • Quark (greek yogurt)

  • Chia seeds

  • Cocoa nibs

  • Vanilla aroma

  • Almonds


 


Lunch

Steamed chicken slices/Cauliflower burgers with grilled vegetables & sweet potato


  • Steamed chicken breast / Cauliflower burgers

  • Sweet potato

  • Mushrooms

  • Bell peppers

  • Zucchini

  • Carrots


 

Snack 2

Protein bread with ham, hummus, egg & veggies

  • Protein bread

  • Lean chicken ham

  • Boiled eggs

  • Bell peppers

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Humus

Dinner

In addition to these meals, I cook quick warm dinner once we are home and this week it will be white fish with some rice and vegetables, zucchini noodles with tomato sauce or a quick salad.
