Providing you with about 500 kcal, 9 grams of protein and plenty of vitamins, and minerals, there should be no doubts about adding this smoothie into your meal plan!
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
1 handful spinach
1+1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp spirulina
1/2 tbsp honey
2 ice cubes

Add all the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend it for about one minute, or until all nice and smooth.
Enjoy right away as a light breakfast or a refreshing summer snack!
