The traditional grandma's recipe with the pinch of whey protein is the ideal combination with the guarantee to enjoy the holidays without the regrets and meet your nutritional goals.

Ingredients:
400 g flour
100 g vanilla why protein (I have used Women's Best)
150 g powdered sugar
2 eggs
250 g vegetable fat for baking (Hera)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Marmalade for filling
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into one large bowl and combine well with your hands until a firm dough is created.
Sprinkle a clean table (or use a wooden/silicone tray) with some additional flour and use a baking roller to create an about 0.5 cm thick layer from the dough.
Use baking moulds of your favourite shape to create cookies and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes on 180 C in preheated oven with the fan on.
Let cool and then use your favourite filling to stick 2 cookies together (I have used cherry marmalade).

TIP: This cookie is not the most healthy option due to it high sugar and vegetable fat content, therefore I recommend to watch the amount of cookies you consume.
